Where We Deliver
Meranz delivers all over Uganda, including Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, Gulu, Mbarara, and surrounding areas.
Delivery Timeframes

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to vendor processing time, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
Shipping Costs
Delivery is charged at checkout based on your location:
- Kampala: UGX 2,000
- Mukono & Wakiso: UGX 5,000
- Rest of Uganda: UGX 10,000
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you via the phone number on your order
- Unclaimed orders may be returned to the vendor after 7 days
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at support@meranz.online within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
